realise that moving to a new country is a huge undertaking and we promise to do
our best to ensure that our clients are fully supported. Furniture removal and house
rental or purchase are just the beginning of a long chain of events. Our
full range of services cover issues such as property purchase or rental, driving
licences, schools and family
educational requirements, property management and maintenance, housekeeping/key-holding, import formalities, residence and work permits,
medical requirements, telephone, internet, power and water contracts, home
furnishings, storage facilities, vehicle purchase, retirement, settling-in and
general information.
Relocation Cyprus is based in Larnaca. However, we can provide help for any part of Cyprus (excluding the Turkish-occupied north*).
* Due to the Turkish occupation we do not have any property for sale in the north of Cyprus. More than 90 per cent of legitimate title-deed holders in northern Cyprus are Greek Cypriot refugees who were forced to flee their homes during the Turkish invasion of 1974. 35,000 Turkish troops remain on the north of the island ignoring 120 United Nations and Security Council resolutions and the European Court of Human Rights.
We strongly advise against purchase of any property in the north of Cyprus. There is no guarantee that you will be able to keep such property in the event of a settlement as justice dictates that rights will revert to the legitimate Greek Cypriot owners.
