Home Finding Programme (Rental Property):

Helping the individual/family to find a new home which meets all their requirements, and to settle into the new community. Quickly moving into a suitable home ensures that the transition for the whole family is as smooth as possible.

Relocation Cyprus keeps in tune with developments in the property market. We will prepare a list of properties that meet the defined requirements. We will then accompany the client to view the properties at pre-arranged times. Once a suitable home is found, we will assist in completing the necessary formalities. These include sale or lease negotiation and the set -up of utility contracts.

Please note that the client is responsible for paying the real estate agency fees, on agreeing a contract.

School Search

The success of a family’s move often depends on the ease with which the children adapt to their new environment, and in this respect schools are of tremendous importance. Relocation Cyprus recognises this fact, and will advise newcomers to Cyprus on the options available, whether Greek-Cypriot private or state schools, or one of the numerous non-Cypriot schools.

We are in contact with schools, and will provide information, advise on admission requirements, arrange interviews, and accompany clients on visits.

Pre-Move Orientation Tour (2 days)

This service is to acquaint the individual/family with the new environment and local living conditions. It can include an area overview, sample housing and school visits, shopping, medical and any other specific client needs. During the time spent with the relocation agent, the client will be able to have many questions answered, thus removing the initial anxiety that the prospect of moving to a new location often produces.
